Though it seemed like Rogue One was going to be the first Star Wars movie not to feature a lightsaber being ignited, that glorious piece of Darth Vader fan service actually kept the saber streak firmly in tact.

Solo, with its lack of Jedi and Sith shenanigans, felt like a guaranteed combo-breaker for the franchise, but hilariously, it also took splendid advantage of fan service to get a saber ignition in the mix.
