4. Settling Down In Green Hills
The first moments of the first live-action adventure for Sonic has him firmly entrenched inside the small town of Green Hills and very much a family member of the Wachowskis.
The sequel looks set to kick off with this scenario again, with the townsfolk now embracing the talkative Hedgehog after saving them at the end of this film.
Be it going to school or running errands around town, the writers are likely to play up this comic angle in the sequel.
If they do go down this route, hopefully this only proves to be a brief introduction scene rather than the full focus of a sequel, as it would be a joke that would get tired pretty quick.
The arrival of Tails is likely to be a conflict all of its own, with the likely exploration of where Sonic actually belongs, be it Green Hills, his birthplace or otherwise.
