Spectre: 10 Crazy Predictions (That Could End Up True)
8. Andrew Scott Works For SPECTRE
Andrew Scott is best known for playing the villainous Moriarty on BBC's Sherlock, so naturally there is speculation that he will be a villain in this Bond film. While it is possible he could be playing Ernst Starvo Blofeld, it seems increasingly likely that a different cast member will be SPECTRE's number one. Blofeld aside, it is still possible Scott is playing a villain. The press release for Spectre states that he is playing Denbigh, a member of Whitehall, but while this description may be true at the beginning of the film, it wouldn't be surprising if he turns out to be a double agent. Perhaps he has been groomed by SPECTRE to infiltrate MI6 and steal their secrets. This would give the MI6 team direct involvement in the main plot of the film, as well as display SPECTRE's power.
