9. Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield)
If Electro's return is indeed a sign that Spider-Man 3 will embrace the idea of the Marvel Multiverse and send Peter Parker on a journey to alternate realities (like a live-action Spider-Verse), then surely Andrew Garfield Spidey can't be too far behind?
The British actor's version of the character has quite a few fans, and a brief team-up as Tom Holland's Peter finds himself in the midst of their battle in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 could be pretty cool.
That would be little more than a cameo, though, and it does sound like there are bigger plans for Jamie Foxx's Max Dillon than only that. With that in mind, why not go ahead with a full-blown team-up, bringing Garfield's webbed wonder into the Marvel Cinematic Universe and exploring what became of him following Gwen Stacy's tragic death.
Seeing as he was poised to face the Sinister Six, this Spider-Man could be a broken man, and someone who has some advice to impart on his younger counterpart when they meet for the first time.
