Now here's an exciting one to round things out: what if we're heading towards a place where all three of the live-action Spider-Men appear together in one movie?!

According to CosmicBookNews, Tom Holland's Spider-Man won't just meet Venom, but also Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire's versions of Spider-Man thanks to a multiverse project seeded in Spider-Man 3.

Specifically, that will present as a series of Secret Wars movies and TV spinoffs set within the MCU.

We've actually heard rumours about Secret Wars being the next big Marvel project before, so this would definitely fit that. The issues come with Tobey Maguire - who admittedly DID say he'd like to make another comic book movie - and Andrew Garfield being willing to come back.

Perhaps the success of Into The Spider-Verse might make their minds up for them? If The CW's Crisis On Infinite Earths pulls their mash-up of different character iterations off, then Marvel and Disney might be even more enthusiastic about emulating that on the big screen?

Let's hope so, because it could be genuinely amazing.
