Spider-Man: Far From Home - 26 Easter Eggs & References Explained

17. The Black Suit's Inspiration

Spider-Man goes through more wardrobe changes in Far From Home than he's ever done before in his cinematic career. He starts out in the Iron Spider armour seen in Infinity War, his Homecoming suit can be seen during Mysterio's nightmare sequences, and he switches to a red and black number in the climax.

In between all of those, however, is Spidey's stealth suit, an outfit specifically designed by Fury's allies to conceal his identity abroad. (It's worth noting that the suit still has a spider it on it though, so... at least the intent was there?)

The outfit's goggles bear the echo of the Noir costume, one most recently seen in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Fury also fashioned a stealth suit for Spidey in Secret War, which was all black with red webs and blue accents.
