8. Black Panther Could Appear

Rumour:

The other hero rumoured to appear in Far From Home is Black Panther, who will presumably return from the dead and whose international flavour marked him out as a possibility in one report.

Quite how he'd be involved is unclear at this stage.

Reaction:

It's an interesting idea - particularly as there'd be a lot of synergy in a Spidey/Black Panther/Kraven dynamic, but that might not be possible until Spider-Man 3. And if the only evidence for this is that Africa is closer to Europe than the USA is, it's a little... flimsy, to say the least.

But the idea of a hero as straight-laced and serious as T'Challa and Peter Parker's snarky kid teaming up is easily one of the more exciting possibilities of all of the rumoured hero cameos. So it gets a boost for excitement at least. And there is this too...
