1. Who Owns The Building Replacing Avengers Tower?

Eagle-eyed fans may have noticed the brief presence of what used to be Avengers Tower in the New York skyline, which since being sold by Tony Stark after Civil War is being remodelled by its new owner.

While it's entirely possible this is merely a cute Easter egg intended to get people guessing, some fans are convinced it's a direct nod to either Oscorp and the introduction of the Green Goblin, or more optmistically, it's the Baxter Building, which serves as the base for the Fantastic Four.

Given that the Disney-Fox merger is still being ironed out, there's virtually zero chance of the Baxter logo appearing on the building during Far From Home, but given the probability that Spider-Man 3 will see the web-slinger fighting the Sinister Six, the arrival of Norman Osborn feels right.
