Spider-Man: Homecoming - 10 New Things We've Learned (Aug 19th)

Thanks to an accidental leak from a Diamond Select Toys panel, it appears that we might have an idea of another villain set to appear in Homecoming. Griffin Newman shared on Twitter that the toy company will release a full line of tie-in toys also including the Tinkerer (which has of course since been revealed to be true) and the Shocker:

The panel didn't actually show any images, but Newman said it was “mentioned offhandedly” as if the panel thought the news was already out. Hopefully Shocker will be introduced as the opening act villain that Spidey takes down and throws in jail quickly as a big first scene set-piece. Marvel love doing that, after all.

We've also quite recently heard that Bokeem Woodbine has been cast as an "unnamed villain", so maybe there's a chance that he's the guy behind Shocker's iconic (silly) costume?
