7. Black Widow May Be In It
Or it seems she's appeared on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming, at the least.
According to Twitter sleuths @AtlantaFilming, which offers updates on film and TV shoots in the city, Johansson turned up randomly in Atlanta out of the blue in July.
Considering that's where Marvel are shooting Spidey, and that she's a Marvel actress, the inevitable 2+2=Black Widow cameo sums were done.

She needs a reason to be there, but it doesn't necessarily mean it was a professional one.
It is somewhat compelling to think of a her as a wildcard in Phase 3, turning up in the background of films to push her own agenda to undermine the government and Tony Stark's pro-registration manifesto. But it's more likely she was just there coincidentally.
There's already too many elements in there as it is to start adding more Avengers.
