Spider-Man Homecoming Trailer 2: 12 Major Plot Reveals

7. Peter Loses His Suit

Presumably coming just after the Ferry incident, Tony gets very mad in a fatherly sort of way at Peter, making what's hopefully a self-aware comment about whether or not he's nothing without the suit, before asking for it back.

The fact that he says he could've gotten people killed is interesting, and pretty much confirms that as Spider-Man tries to protect it, he only ends up causing more damage, which is a very Spider-Man thing to do really, and will no doubt give the Daily Bugle plenty of ammo.

This is likely to be an emotional point of the film, which sees Peter hitting a real low in the absence of his suit, and questioning whether he can be a hero, before later being forced to put it back on and become the hero again in the third and final act.
