It's the line that's in every Spider-Man adaptation: "with great power, must also come great responsibility." It's a fantastic motto, and a statement that few too many people genuinely understand, but its use has become a little cliched in recent Spidey media.
Spider-Verse actively pokes fun of its repeated usage during an exchange between sweatpants Spider-Man, played by Jake Johnson, and Miles Morales, portrayed by Shameik Moore.
There, Miles is about to quote the "with great power" line to get Peter to remember his responsibilities, but before he can complete it he gets cut off, with Peter either very protective over those words, or just sick of hearing them for so many years.
