Spider-Man, next to Iron Man, is probably Marvel's most redesigned character. Ever since the fateful moment he donned the Alien Costume in 1984, the web-slinger has gone through more outfits than Galactus has through planets, with costumes both colourful and otherwise being created to help the wall-crawler overcome a specific threat.
Some are worth focusing on more than others, but among the more interesting is the caped one Miles picks out. Spidey himself has never donned an outfit with a cape during the comics themselves, but several outfits in his history have toyed with the idea before; Spider-Man Unlimited, for instance, featured Spidey with a web-like cape, and there's even been a moment where Peter briefly became the Sorcerer Supreme and donned the Cloak of Levitation.
