Spider-Man: No Way Home - 8 Villains Who Could Join The MCU's Sinister Six
6. The Shocker
Spider-Man: Homecoming, like Spider-Man 3 before it and Spider-Man: No Way Home after it, had its fair share of villains. Thanks to the alien tech left behind by the Chitauri in 2012, Jackson Brice became The Shocker as part of Adrian Toomes' crew.
He wasn’t the only one to take on the mantle, however. After Brice was murdered, Herman Schultz took on both the electrical, not-of-this-world gauntlet, and the name that went with it. He attacked Peter Parker at school, though was defeated not even by Spider-Man, but by Ned Leeds holding the web shooters.
Herman is an established villain within the MCU, and could be brought in with little to no explanation or exposition as to who he is. With five other big names to contend with in the movie, it might make sense to have a smaller name that won’t necessarily command quite as much screen time as the rest.
The Shocker has already been defeated by Spider-Man once, and he would certainly be an expendable member of the team once again should he return in No Way Home. This is no bad thing, mind, as not all villains are created equal, and nor should they be portrayed as such.
