Spider-Man: No Way Home - 8 Villains Who Could Join The MCU's Sinister Six

Throughout Spider-Man’s history, he has come up against some truly incredible, unique and memorable villains. Otto Octavius is one of the very best, and right there with him at the top of the list is Mysterio.

The character was brought into the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the villain in Spider-Man: Far From Home, and though he was ultimately killed, it could be argued that he was victorious. He wanted to be the next Iron Man, Earth’s newest hero, and he managed to manipulate the entire world into thinking it was true.

Jake Gyllenhaal's Quentin Beck framed Peter Parker for his murder, and everything that is slated to happen in No Way Home comes of the world knowing the hero’s true identity courtesy of Mysterio. It would almost be unfair if Beck didn’t appear himself as one of the Sinister Six.

Of course, there is the small obstacle of his death in the previous Spider-Man movie, but that isn’t stopping Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock from returning.

Mysterio’s whole thing is illusion, and it wouldn’t be the craziest thing if he faked his own death, something of an illusion within an illusion, in order to die as a hero and turn Spider-Man into a villain.
