3. The Reign Of Kingpin
As both Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio have recently debuted as their original characters in the MCU, the continuation of Kingpin's reign from Netflix's Daredevil is definitely back in motion. Although, instead of continuing on the feud between Matt Murdock and Fisk, could Marvel be bringing back the pair to accompany the Kingpin's usual comic enemy, Spider-Man?
Sending waves in the community after his full appearance in Hawkeye's penultimate episode 5 'Ronin' after a long build-up throughout the show (such as his cufflinked hand with an accompanying gruff chuckle back in episode 3 'Echoes'). With anticipation for his full introduction scheduled for next Wednesday's finale, the cane-wielding behemoth's presence is sure to strike fractures across the MCU.
Multiple theories suggest that the old Avengers tower now actually belongs to the fat cat of New York and is where he is delegating a new wave of chaos from the shadows. Homecoming's plotline was associated with the selling of Stark tower, could it have been a massive foreshadowing plot point that will make a comeback soon?
With technological advancements showcased clearly since 2012's Avengers, Fisk's arsenal should be expected to make a dramatic increase in threat-level.
Whatever notorious plan the Kingpin has been scheming for an unknown amount of years prior, his physical strength and expendable forces are surely enough to prove for an incredible Spider-Man villain.
