This would be an ambitious undertaking given that 2014s Spider-Verse event features every incarnation of Spidey that has ever been, yet, with some shrewd streamlining, this universe-hopping extravaganza could make one hell of a movie.
The plot, which sees a group of villains hunting down the various Peter Parkers across multiple universes and an army of Spider-Men rising up to fight them, will boggle your mind - but cherrypicking elements for a future Holland-fronted film would literally add extra dimensions to the MCU.
Rumour has it that Mile Morales, the African-American youngster who took up the Spider-Man mantel in the Ultimate Universe, is destined to show up in the MCU at some point - could that be in a loose Spider-Verse adaptation?
Moreover, introducing the concept of the Multiverse and inter-dimensional travel to the MCU might even pave the way for a crossover between the Spidey and his Avengers comrades and the Guardians of the Galaxy.
