11. Kingpin Might Cross-Over From Daredevil
According to Screen Geek, who quoted a source "close to the production":
“Marvel Studios is considering having Vincent D’Onofrio reprise his Wilson Fisk role from Daredevil in Spider-Man: Homecoming.”
The same report also suggested that Spencer Smythe would also be joining his boss from the comics and developing the Spider-Slayers that were hinted at in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 with BJ Novak's character. All a nice idea, on the face of it.

Don't count on it. Unfortunately, D'Onofrio himself has pretty firmly debunked the rumour, which is a massive shame.
Hopefully the door isn't entirely closed for future Spider-Man movies, though, because Kingpin has been a pretty major missing component in the Spider-Man movie universe to date. And D'Onofrio's performance has been utterly captivating and utterly terrifying.
