Star Trek Beyond: 25 Easter Eggs, References & In-Jokes

Here's one that could well become a drinking game when the film comes out on blu-ray. According to Justin Lin, the film includes 50 - that's FIFTY - new species of alien in celebration of 50 years of Star Trek.

Some are easier to spot than others: the tiny CGI monsters at the start, Jaylah's race, Krall's lieutenant Mannis, the shell headed lady Chekov attempts to woo at the end of the film.

So here's the challenge: once you've got the film at home, chart every single one of the 50 new aliens. And drink whenever you spot one. Responsibly, obviously.
