Star Trek Beyond: 25 Easter Eggs, References & In-Jokes

You won't recognise him in the film, but Amazon founder and self-confessed Star Trek superfan Jeff Bezos has a cameo as a Starfleet alien under heavy prosthetics.

He posted a video of himself on Vine in costume...

It's not a big role (it's hard to even remember seeing the alien actually), but there was clearly a lot of work went into preparing him for the performance.

Chris Pine wins the best reaction to his appearance:
