Star Wars: 10 Best Female Characters (Of The Canon Series)
9. Shaak Ti
While she was mostly a background player throughout the prequel film trilogy, along with most of the members of the Jedi High Council, Shaak Ti was one of the many characters who would benefit from the Star Wars television shows. And with many of her exploits falling victim to the extended universe purge, it was in Cartoon Network's Star Wars: The Clone Wars that she finely got her (canon) time to show off what she could do.
In the show, Shaak Ti was portrayed as one of the single strongest Jedi generals the republic had to offer during the war, training countless clone troopers on their home planet of Kamino and leading them into battle as only an expert warrior such as herself could.
Also, Shaak Ti was incredibly wise, strong with the Force, and when it came to more personal affairs, she was anything but a pushover. And while canon has been good to her since the prequels concluded, it's just a shame that her implied death during Order 66 was allowed to stand.
But you can't say that she didn't make the most of the time she had, which is why she can easily be considered one of the best Jedi masters in all of Star Wars.
