2. The Costume is Made Out Of Trashbags And Cardboard
This one is sad. It's sad because you know that the individual probably spent a lot of time on their outfit and doesn't have the money to buy costumes that seriously can go up in the couple thousand or more price range (number 10: too elaborate). However, that being said one of the most embarrassing cosplays is the one made out of trash plastic and painted cardboard. It can be made impressively, but somewhere in the day the sword usually get's flimsy and the shoulder pauldrons begin to show signs of wear. If you want to dress up for a convention bad enough than go for it, but be careful with the design.
