4. Bo-Katan Kryze
Star Wars has made a habit of reminding the viewers at every opportunity that Mandalorians are fierce warriors capable of taking down anything that stands in their way, Jedi included.
Bo-Katan, sister of Obi-Wan Kenobi's love interest Satine, united several Mandalorian clans under one banner towards the end of the Clone Wars and led what became known as the 'Mandalorian Resistance' against Maul as the Dathomirian attempted to claim the Throne of Mandalore for himself.
Success in the campaign against Maul saw Bo-Katan named Regent of Mandalore and she held the position for more than two decades before civil war erupted again amongst the Mandalorians. Not one to back away from a challenge, Bo-Katan not only led her Nite Owls against the rebelling factions and the Empire to victory once again.
A near perfect record of victories combined with an army of Mandalorian clans at her disposal; Bo-Katan may not be immensely powerful as an individual but she wields more potential power than many on the list - Force sensitive or otherwise.
