Star Wars: 10 Things Darth Vader Must Bring To Rogue One

For better or for worse, The Phantom Menace establishes Anakin Skywalker as the only human capable of pod racing and the only pilot during the Battle of Naboo who destroys a Trade Federation Droid Control battleship. He continues to shine throughout the prequels, most notably during the Battle of Coruscant. As Darth Vader, he controls the legendary TIE Advanced x1. We€™re first shown this variation of the standard TIE fighter in A New Hope, where Vader single-handedly eliminated Rebel ships. More recently the Star Wars Rebels animated series reinforced how formidable this ship is in the hands of its master. He dispatched A-Wing fighters just as neat as you please. It€™s possible to think that audiences weren€™t shown just how deadly Vader could be in his ship due to the early limitations of special effects. However, the technology is here now. Vader taking his TIE Advanced into combat in Rogue One may just have the audience wishing he shoots down a couple of Rebels.
