5. He Is Multilingual
Han Solo was not the only one who could understand what Chewbacca is saying.
Kenobi's ability to understand Shyriiwook was beneficial as he was able to successfully negotiate with the lovable Wookie throughout A New Hope. Another language in the Jedi Knight's repertoire is Twi'leki, also known as Ryl. Whether or not he could get to grips with the Twi'leks' complicated sign language is up for debate. However, knowledge of the dialect proved helpful in the Clone Wars, communicating with a Twi'leki girl to free several of her race from the Separatists.
All in all, Obi-Wan was said to be fluent in at least five languages. One must be if you are that well-travelled.
