Star Wars: 10 Worst Crimes Committed In Its Name

8. The Phantom's Late Night Attack

darth maul Continuing the theme of robbers dressed as Sith Lords, last February saw a Darth Maul lookalike go on a crime spree in the San Diego area. However Lord Maul would be embarrassed to learn instead of doing something hardcore like robbing banks or a shopping mall, this guy robbed multiple 7-Elevens. All three robberies occurred on the same night during the 3 a.m. hour. However it appears that Maul was not in the market for a Sith Speeder or even something as cheap as a new cloak, since he only took $100 from each store. It also appears that the double-sided lightsaber may have been pawned away or simply left at home. Instead of using the iconic weapon from The Phantom Menace, the robber used a gun while conducting his nefarious business.
