Star Wars: 7 Dumbest Moments In The Expanded Universe

1. The Fact That The Novel Of "Revenge Of The Sith" Is Less Well Known Than The Movie

revenge of the sith There€™s a novel out there that€™s about the intersection between light and dark, the blurred line between our best and our worst, and the power of the stories we tell ourselves. It€™s about the horrors of darkness, the pain of loss, the suffering of the survivors. It€™s a character study about how people are unmade. And it€™s called €œRevenge of the Sith.€ Yep, I€™m talking about the novelization of one of the most disappointing movies ever made. But the guy they got to write it is, frankly, one of the best and most interesting writers alive. He writes philosophical novels that never lose their grip on the importance of character, and fight scenes that make all the fights in Star Wars look boring and uneventful. This novel is amazing. It€™s exciting, well-written, and just overall awesome. It takes all the mistakes of the movies and either fixes or erases them. Seriously, what's the stupidest part of "Revenge of the Sith" for you? For me, it's "she has lost the will to live," which doesn't actually appear in the novel. And even though it's sort of implied, the entire character is constructed so that such and ending is actually believable, if annoying. Also, the big NOOOO? You know the one, at the end? Doesn't appear. What happens instead is this super compelling scene about the hell that Anakin has damned himself to. But a word of advice: don€™t read it before you watch the movie. You cannot imagine the bitter disappointment. It€™s even worse than expecting it to suck.
