7. Jeremy Renner
Perhaps not the most conventional of choices for a Star Wars film, but like Jennifer Lawrence, Renner has proven himself a fantastic actor, earning Oscar nominations for roles in The Hurt Locker and The Town, and also living up to the physical requirements of blockbuster fare, in The Avengers and - though the film itself wasn't great - The Bourne Legacy. Renner likely wouldn't make for a particularly good protagonist, but as one of the protagonist's mentors - a Qui Gon Jinn-like character, perhaps - he could be a fine fit, a badass Jedi who helps guide a younger padawan through the story. And yeah, there's probably a fair likelihood he, like most other mentors in the Star Wars series, will end up on the business end of a lightsaber by the end of it. Given how under-utilised he was in The Avengers, it'd be nice to see him get some real blockbuster meat.
