Star Wars: Rogue One - 10 Things We Can't Wait To See

With the inclusion of Saw Gerrera in Rogue One, the Star Wars franchise is making the first jump from animated character to live action. Gerrera represents an endless possibility for other animated characters to make the transition.

A lot has happened to Saw Gerrera since last seeing him in season four of the Clone Wars. Not only has he visibly aged but it looks like his body has also taken a beating, sporting what appears to be a cybernetic leg. Gerrera has been a fighter since his first introduction; fighting the Separatist droid armies and now the Galactic Empire.

It's been rumored Saw Gerrera favors strong guerrilla tactics in his opposition against the Empire; something very similar to his animated counterpart. Gerrera will most likely be the individual who gives Jyn the push she needs in fighting for the Rebellion and building the team to complete her objective.
