Genevieve O'Reilly gets a chance to actually appear as Mon Mothma in a Star Wars movie, after being cut from Revenge of the Sith over a decade ago.

Aside from the frightening likeness to original actress Caroline Blakiston, it's also good to see Mon Mothma getting the chance to be a real leader of the Rebellion here.

While Bail Organa stands to the side, Draven glowers a bit, and General Dodanna is also there, it's Mothma who heads up the Alliance here, and O'Reilly does a fine job. It gives a supporting player from the OT a bit more to do, and she seems to develop a nice relationship with Jyn too.
