9. Finn Discovers His Force-Sensitive Heritage, Defeats Kylo Ren, And Becomes A Jedi
One of the more 'Holy Sh*t' moments in the trailer is when you saw Finn wield Luke's blue lightsaber before getting ready to get his ass handed to him by Kylo Ren. Well one of the prevailing theories about Finn is that he is actually a Skywalker and upon finding out about his heritage, he goes on to defeat Kylo Ren and helps the Rebels defeat the First Order. The theory goes that Han and Leia's relationship didn't last and she went on to marry Lando Calrissian whilst Han and Chewie went on to bro it up doing smuggler stuff and trying to better his Kessel run. Finn was born to Leia and Lando but due to his Force-sensitive roots, he was hidden right under the nose of the enemy. Then when he's of age and eventually defects to the Rebel Alliance, this is enough to draw Luke out of hiding in order to reveal to Finn who he really is. There's not much to go on but some fans think that Han's line 'Chewie, we're home' and Leia's anguished look when embracing Han may lend some credence to this theory. Of course, Finn could just be an ordinary guy who just so happens to be wielding a lightsaber and it is actually another newcomer who is going to be a future Jedi...
