13. Rey Had A Ship

It had been assumed that when Finn meets up with Rey after he crash lands on Jakku that his new friend would lead them both immediately to the safety of the Millennium Falcon, but there's now some question over that. One of the TV spots shows the shot above of Finn Rey and BB-8 running towards an entirely different ship - immediately after Finn shouts "we need a pilot" and Rey confirms herself to be one. You'd have to guess that this is Rey's ship, given the purpose she's running towards it with (and indeed the fact that the TIE fighters blow it up).

So she presumably only comes into possession of the Falcon AFTER this point, suggesting she might steal it on Jakku from Han Solo, which would explain the "Chewie, we're home" shot of Han and Chewbacca seemingly storming their own bridge with weapons drawn. But the one thing that confuses that is the shot below released by the Star Wars app, which seems to show the same ship firing on the Falcon.
