12. Simon Pegg's Character

After he confirmed his presence - and even after the first behind the scenes featurette debuted - Simon Pegg's role in Star Wars was a particularly compelling mystery. We were told it was to be a brief cameo, and the big fat suit he was captured melting in offered very few clues. Though a subsequent behind the scenes featurette that seemingly shows his character in side profile didn't exactly blow away all the levels of mystery, at least we now know what he vaguely looks like. And that he's probably going to appear in the Takodana sequence. And apparently whoever he is (presumably one of Kanata's associates or a frequenter of her hive of villainy), he comes into direct contact with Rey...

The static face also seems to suggest that (if he talks) his character is going to be at least partly augmented in post-production with CGI details.
