Star Wars: The Last Jedi 'Remake' Gets Incredible Fan-Made Poster
Something truly special.
To say that Star Wars: The Last Jedi has proved divisive would be something of an understatement, and last week things ramped up a notch with an attempt to actually remake the movie.
Launched by Twitter account @RMTheLastJedi and seemingly not a joke, they aim to redo the movie and address the concerns some of the fanbase had. And now to help things along there's a new fan-made poster, which comes courtesy of Fro Design Company.
The poster, which you can see in full below, takes a satirical aim at the attempted remake and a number of the perceived issues with The Last Jedi: Luke, instead of being an exiled former Jedi, is now a buff action hero, Snoke gets a backstory, there are three Death Stars, and BB-8 is basically Negan, while Rey is relegated to cooking Porgs and Leia is back in the gold bikini.
It's an inspired and frankly hilarious piece, and really highlights just how absurd the whole venture is.
They've got a poster. Now they just need to find at least $200m, persuade Disney to give them the rights, and convince people to go see it.
