1. Lens Flare

Though JJ Abrams isn't directing, it's hugely annoying to see that his favourite aesthetic gimmick has been ported over to help ruin everyone's appreciation of certain scenes.

This is an old drum to beat already, but the very idea that any film-maker would want to allow a visual quirk that literally obliterates part of the scene in the age of Ultra HD is just ludicrous. The sooner is stops happening, the better, but by the look of this teaser, it won't be before The Last Jedi, unfortunately.

And now on to the positives...
