17. Attack Of The Clones Teaser (2001)

Cut to the sound of Darth Vader's respirator (he isn't in the film, of course), the teaser manages to be boring and ominous at the same time. Still, there were enough shots (those clone troops!) to keep fanboys humming for a few months. A misguided mess. 16. Return Of The Jedi Teaser (1982)

The film clearly wasn't locked at this point (as evidenced by the poor sound in some shots), and the narration, while exciting, is a bit overblown. This is significant just for the preservation of the film's early title, "Revenge Of The Sith."
