15. Attack Of The Clones Trailer #3 (2002)
https://www.youtube.com/embed/XDAW9VEjZDs This is the trailer that gave Star Wars fans pause. It was our first glimpse into the hideous love story, and boy did this trailer deceive us. Thanks to careful editing, there actually appears to be real chemistry between Hayden Christensen and Natalie Portman. If there is any testament to the power of a trailer to lie to audiences, this is it. Little did we know what uncomfortable emotional embarrassments awaited us just a few months later. 14. Attack Of The Clones Trailer #1 (2001)
https://www.youtube.com/embed/qr19XI5iCKA A very awkward introduction to the second Prequel, mostly highlighting the various mysteries of the film's main plot. It segues violently between shots, although a viewer unfamiliar with the film might not realize the disjointedness of the trailer. Even the joke of the final shot in the trailer is odd and off-putting, although Ewan McGregor saves it with a smartass "good job" (still one of the best lines in the entire Prequel trilogy).
