Star Wars VII: 10 Expanded Universe Characters Who Deserve To Appear

9. Baron Fel

Baron Fel The best pilot in the Imperial navy, Baron Fel is both feared and respected by the New Republic military. He disapproved of the Imperial's more extreme tactics but his strong sense of duty prevented him from defecting to the Alliance for a long time. After being captured, Fel finally did defect and briefly became a member of Rogue Squadron. After being recaptured by the Imperials, Fel agreed to Grand Admiral Thrawns request to combat a myriad of enemies in the Unknown regions. Since he's more of a supporting character, Fel could fit into the background of a number of stories but there's not really a reason he couldn't be a major character in a series based off the X-Wing series. Fel would provide a contrast with previously seen Imperials, being bound more by his sense of honor than by Imperial philosophy. Who Should Play them: Ben Foster

I love movies, literature, history, music and the NBA. I love all things nerdy including but not limited to Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, and Firefly. My artistic idols are Dylan, Dostoevsky, and Malick and my goal in life is to become like Bernard Black from Black Books. When I die, I hope to turn into the space baby from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
