Star Wars: What Happened To EVERY Jedi That Survived Order 66

The Inquisitors have been seen a lot in this list, but who were they? Well, in short, they were Dark Side agents ordered by Darth Sidious to hunt any Jedi who were still around after Order 66. The long answer, however, is much more tragic.

Led by Darth Vader, it has been revealed in several canon media that each of them were in fact once Jedi, all loyal to the Light Side of the Force. The Second Sister, for example, was Trilla Suduri, former Padawan of Cere Junda. Tortured by other Imperial captures, she was pushed further and further to the Dark Side until she finally snapped. Trilla was executed by Vader for failing to stop Junda and Cal Kestis a few years later.

The Seventh Sister and Eighth Brother were also fallen Jedi who had succumbed to the Dark Side after the rise of the Empire. Both were killed by Maul, who they were hunting at the time.

As for the leader of the agents, the Grand Inquisitor was revealed in Star Wars: Rebels to be a former Jedi Temple guard who had fallen to the Dark Side with the execution of Order 66. He later perished in a duel with Kanan Jarrus, letting himself die in order to avoid Vader's wrath for failing. As a group, the Inquisitors had been destroyed or disbanded by the time of A New Hope.
