Suicide Squad: 10 Major Spoilers From The Set Leaks

2. A Confrontation Between The Joker And Harley Quinn

One of the most fascinating scenes which was photographed and recorded on the set of Suicide Squad was a clearly tense and violent confrontation between Harley Quinn (not in costume) and The Joker. It's again unclear where in the timeline of the movie this takes place, but it still revealed potentially a lot about their relationship even without the dialogue. Harley stands in front of his car to stop The Joker from driving away, and shoots a man dead (from the car behind) who gets out to confront them after clearly being annoyed at being held up. A conversation follows which showed off Jared Leto's creepy movements, and he at one point presses the gun against his head as she aims it at him. Then things get nasty! The Clown Prince of Crime grabs the gun and slaps her to the floor before holding it to her head. That's unfortunately when the director called cut, but regardless of whether this takes place in the present or is a scene revealing how Harleen became Harley, this is a clearly malevolent and nasty Joker who doesn't treat his sidekick with any sort or real respect.
