After spending a few days shooting scenes with the Batmobile in pursuit of The Joker, the action on set was drastically changed one night when the Dark Knight suddenly appeared on top of the brightly coloured car with a mysterious gadget in hand. How Batman gets from the Batmobile to there is more than likely something which is being shot in studio. Regardless, the hero appeared to be using a small electric saw of some kind to break through the top of the vehicle based on the sparks which were seen coming from it. What happens when Batman gets through to them sadly wasn't revealed on set, but it's a safe bet to say that this when he captures them. Based on that argument between The Joker and Harley Quinn though, this flashback may even end up revealing the moment Batman captured her, only for The Joker to abandon his sidekick and make his escape. The stuntman in the Batsuit was sans cape, an indication perhaps that this movie and Batman V Superman will rely on CGI for it as Snyder did with Superman's in Man Of Steel.
