Suicide Squad: 10 Questions We're Asking After The New Trailer
1. Who Will Be The Big Death?
The trailer makes it very clear that these characters are expendable, and will die if they step out of line. It's hardly a big leap when the movie is called Suicide Squad, but not all of these are gonna make it out alive.
I've already speculated that Slipknot will be the first death, the one that makes an example and shows just what the stakes are, but it's unlikely to be the only one. This is a movie filled with major villains, the title literally relates to death, and the trailers show a couple of characters in danger, so someone is surely going to bite it.
The question is who?
We can probably rule out the Joker and Harley Quinn, since they'll certainly have a big part to play in the future of the DCEU, and that may go for Will Smith as well, given he has the 'lead' role in the film and reportedly has a multi-picture deal.
The rest of them would seem like fair game though, meaning at least one of Katana, Enchantress, Rick Flag, Killer Croc, Diablo, and Captain Boomerang could die. Who's your money on?
