Suicide Squad: 14 Obscure Easter Eggs You Probably Missed
8. The Justice League Dark Nod
On first viewing, it's pretty odd that the information Amanda Waller passes over to Bruce Wayne on meta-humans includes a page dedicated to Enchantress. She's hardly going to join his Justice League.. is she?
This is clearly a veiled nod to Justice League Dark - the alternate team of empowered heroes including Constantine whose first enemy they encountered was Enchantress gone mad. That comic clearly influenced the story here, but it was also designed to lead into the planned JLD movie.
In the comics, Enchantress manages to cast off the evil aspect of her possession, but retains the powers, and remaining mostly heroically aligned. Is this inclusion of her in Batman's dossier designed as a hint that she could be up for joining Justice League Dark?
