6. The Joker And Tattoo Man ARE In Cahoots

Common had previously mentioned that the Joker and his Monster (widely suspected to be a version of DC villain Tattoo Man were business partners and another shot revealed by Enos confirms as much.

The shot of Mr J, Harley and T in what looks like Joker's club also confirms that Monster T actually knows them before Batman intervenes and locks Harley up (and "kills" Joker). With Monster T apparently "evolving" into the monstrous presence teased in the trailers, you have to believe that whatever or whoever turns him is an object of interest to the Joker.

It's unlikely he's taking on the Squad out of loyalty to either T or Harley, so whatever they discuss in this scene could well be what sets Monster T on his way to transforming, and could well be Joker's real reason for being so interested in the mission.
