Suicide Squad 2: 12 Perfect Villains (And Who Should Play Them)

11. Ron Perlman As Clayface

Clayface is admittedly one of the goofier and more one-note villains in Batman's rogues gallery, but the mud-based supervillain would certainly bring a spectacular appeal to the movie version of the Suicide Squad, even if he'd also eat up a huge chunk of the VFX budget.

While his physical form would surely be entirely digital, he'd still need a voice actor, and there's only one sensible choice here: Ron Perlman, who has voiced Clayface in various video games and TV series over the years.

His signature gravely voice could certainly help make the beast a compelling and highly intimidating Squad member, though Perlman's clearly also got the chops to lean into the character's comedic potential if need be.

Clayface would likely be a supporting member of the Squad, perhaps even disappearing mid-film to save Warner Bros. some money and re-appearing in Hulk-like fashion later on, but if done right, he could be quite the sight to see.
