Suicide Squad 2: 12 Perfect Villains (And Who Should Play Them)

7. John DiMaggio As King Shark

The man-shark known as King Shark is a particularly interesting choice because he was actually originally supposed to appear in the first Suicide Squad movie, but due to the budgetary requirements of having a fully CGI character on screen for most of the movie, he was eventually replaced with Killer Croc, who was of course achieved with practical makeup effects.

With the first movie being so successful, perhaps both director David Ayer and Warner Bros. might be more comfortable with putting King Shark in the sequel, especially as he's a fan favourite, a hugely important member of the team and a daring, forward-thinking addition to the cinematic version.

Much like Clayface, he'll just need a voice actor to lend him some personality, and who better than legendary voice actor John DiMaggio, who did a fine job voicing him in 2014's Batman: Assault on Arkham animated film?
