7. An Alliance Between The Joker And Lex Luthor

Very few cast members managed to escape being snapped by the paparazzi on the set of Suicide Squad, but one actor who there was absolutely no sign of was Jesse Eisenberg. The trades reported his involvement with the movie quite some time ago, and the role Lex Luthor is going to end up taking on here remains a hot topic of conversation among fans. Again, there are conflicting rumours which point to either Task Force X stealing something from LexCorp or them having to race him to Enchantress (he reportedly has something of an obsession with Metahumans, so someone like Julie Moon would no doubt fascinate him). Those are both perfectly fine cameos for the villain, but neither is going to have much of a lasting impression. But what could? Perhaps an alliance with another of the film's mystery villains... The Joker and Lex Luthor aren't known for forging allegiances with their fellow rogues, but some sort of reveal that these two are in cahoots would be mind-blowing, especially if Ayer finds a way to tie that into the events of Batman V Superman. Remember that Jared Leto's Joker is going to be very different to what's been seen before, so there are plenty of reasons why they could end up wanting to work together.
