While the idea of even Cameron himself making any alterations to a movie as superb as T2 is rather worrying, it's safe to say that he hasn't given it the George Lucas treatment, but simply fixed a few issues that have been nagging him over the years.

Most of these fixes occur during the viaducts chase sequence, with Cameron choosing to fix a windshield continuity error on the T-1000's truck, and also using CGI to paste Arnold Schwarzenegger's face over the stuntman's, as was almost comically obvious in the original version of the scene.

These minor tweaks merely tighten up the film ever-so-slightly in ways that only the most ardent, nit-picky fanboys would ever even notice anyway. Thankfully, Cameron has otherwise left the film well alone.
