TERMINATOR IV has something in Common with JLA!

Rapper turned actor becomes the second of the ill-fated JLA cast to join the new Terminator franchise.

Studio execs must really think rapper turned actor... the single named Common... is going to make it big in the movie industry. He was of course one of the first cast in the ill-fated Justice League movie as The Green Lantern after impressive turns in Smokin' Aces, American Gangster and landing roles in Wanted and Street Kings. But since all the actors were given pink green slips some time ago, he was had to find work elsewhere. Variety say Common has joined the still untitled Terminator IV in an undisclosed role.

He becomes the second of the Justice League alumni to be cast in McG's picture after Anton Yelchin (who was set to play Aquaman) was cast a few months back. Common has impressed the hell out of me so far even if 99% of what he does is the awesome facial expressions he can give. The cast for this movie are full of young or unexperienced actors desperate for some good material and a chance to grow with the franchise and I like that - it's just everything else that surrounds the project worries me.
