1. Marvel Cinematic Universe Links Or References
Regardless of whether or not The Amazing Spider-Man 3 is directly connected to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, given that Sony should have struck a deal with Marvel Studios by then to ensure his inclusion in Avengers: Infinity War, it would go a long way towards promoting that fact with some subtle Easter eggs referencing the MCU. If (and this is very unlikely), it is Andrew Garfield's version of the character who appears in Infinity War, the likes of Nick Fury, Phil Coulson or even Tony Stark could turn up in the movie - to an inevitably massive pop from audiences - in order to recruit him to the Avengers roster. If, as expected, this franchise gets scrapped after this movie and a new actor is cast in the role for the introduction of the character into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, some subtle hints or humorous nods regarding the Marvel Cinematic Universe would be welcome. Regardless of the ins and outs of the situation, if this is the last movie Spider-Man appears in before he makes his MCU debut, it simply has to reference it in some way.
